Is banana nature’s most perfect food?

Compared to an apple, a banana has 4x the protein, 2x the carbohydrate, 3x the phosphorus, 3x the potassium, 5x the vitamin A and iron, and 2x the other vitamins and minerals.

I love bananas. I usually eat 2 to 3 bananas every day. However, many people avoid bananas because they worry that bananas are fattening. I believe bananas are one of the best foods for humans.

Some benefits of banana: Energy – it supplies proper carbohydrates necessary to replace the muscle glycogen (muscle sugar) used. Potassium – high in potassium, it helps the body’s circulatory system deliver oxygen to the brain, helping maintain regular heartbeat and water proper balance. PMS – it contains Vitamin B6, which regulates blood glucose levels and helps us in time of stress and helps to suppress cranky moods. Brain Power – potassium packed fruit helps learning because it makes the pupil more alert. Bowel Health – it is high in soluble fiber which helps to stop constipation and helps to restore and maintain regular bowel function. Increase Happiness – it releases a mood regulation substance called tryptophan which is converted to serotonin in the brain and thus elevates mood and makes us happier. Iron – it is rich in iron, and can help individuals with anemia. Help smokers quit – it contains vitamin B and other minerals that lessen the effect of nicotine withdrawal both physical and psychologically.

You may find that by eating more bananas, which supply a complete nutritional package, you do not have as many cravings for desserts or other sweet things. Bananas are the best when they have some brown spots on them.

If you are one of those people who think bananas are fattening, you do not need to worry anymore. The good news is bananas are great for you. Bananas will support your health and beauty, give you energy, and they taste great. If you have not had banana in a while, get peeling. Your body will appreciated it.
